Who We Are
Siryi Ads Reporter is a private reporting automation tool developed and operated by Pavlo Siryi, an independent developer and web analyst based in Ukraine.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact the developer directly at pavelseryj137@gmail.com.
What Data the App Accesses
Siryi Ads Reporter requests a single OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
This scope is used strictly in read-only mode through the Google Ads API (specifically, GoogleAdsService.Search, GoogleAdsService.SearchStream, and KeywordPlanIdeaService). The application accesses:
- Advertising performance metrics for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords (such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and status).
- Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, historical search volume metrics, and forecasts.
- Google Ads account identifiers: descriptive account names, currency codes, time zones, and customer IDs.
The application operates purely on performance statistics. It does not access any end-user personal data or personally identifiable information (PII), and it does not access payment methods, credit card details, or billing configurations. Siryi Ads Reporter does not create, modify, or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, or billing settings.
How Access Is Granted
Access is established exclusively with the explicit permission and initiative of the advertising account owner or manager (MCC).
The advertiser grants access by adding a service account owned by the developer as a user to their Google Ads account (under Admin → Access and security with Read-only permissions), or alternatively by signing in via Google OAuth and approving the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope.
The application connects only to the specific Google Ads accounts explicitly designated and authorized by the advertiser. It cannot and does not access any other accounts.
How Data Is Used
Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is used exclusively to generate automated reporting, search volume forecasts, and analytical tables for that same advertiser.
- Data is never used for advertising, behavioral targeting, or user profiling.
- Data is never used to train machine learning models.
- Data is never sold, leased, or transferred to third parties, other than the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (such as BigQuery or Cloud Functions) required to run the automated data ingestion jobs.
Where Data Is Stored and For How Long
All extracted reporting data is delivered directly into the advertiser's own Google Cloud project (BigQuery dataset), Google Sheets, or designated storage location.
The developer does not store, retain, or maintain an independent copy of advertiser Google Ads data on separate servers. Data remains in the advertiser's own environment for as long as the advertiser keeps the automated integration active.
The advertiser may delete their stored data at any time within their own Google Cloud or Google Sheets account, or request complete cessation of the automated pipeline by contacting pavelseryj137@gmail.com.
How to Revoke Access
The advertiser may revoke access at any time:
- Service account access: Remove the developer's service account from your Google Ads account under Admin → Access and security → Users.
- OAuth access: Revoke permissions at any time via your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Immediately upon revocation, all data synchronization and report generation cease.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Siryi Ads Reporter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
