1. About the Service

Siryi Ads Reporter is a private reporting and analytics automation tool built and operated by Pavlo Siryi, an independent developer and web analyst based in Ukraine ("Developer").

Access to the tool is provided on an individual agreement basis directly with the Developer. By authorizing access to your Google Ads account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Authority and Permissions

By connecting a Google Ads account to Siryi Ads Reporter, you confirm and warrant that you are the account owner or have obtained all necessary authorization from the account owner to grant read access to that account's advertising performance data and Keyword Planner tools.

You remain solely responsible for the access permissions granted to the Developer's service account or OAuth application within your Google Ads administrative settings.

3. "As Is" Provision & Limitation of Liability

Siryi Ads Reporter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific uptime, or absolute accuracy of third-party metrics delivered via external APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the tool.

4. Compliance with Google Policies

Use of Siryi Ads Reporter is conditioned on ongoing compliance with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, Google API Services User Data Policy, and Google Cloud Platform policies. The tool operates strictly within authorized API limits and in a read-only capacity.

5. Modification and Termination

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms, adjust tool functionality, or discontinue the service at any time. You may terminate your use of the tool at any time by revoking access in your Google Ads account (under Admin → Access and security) or via Google Account Permissions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
